Participants not using Student Village housing at Boston University should make lodging arrangements directly with local hotels (Boston, Cambridge and Brookline). As a convenience, we have arranged limited blocks of rooms at the hotels listed below. When contacting these hotels, ask for the Neutrino 2014 block. Blocks generally begin on June 1 and end between June 6 and June 9 depending on the hotel. If you wish to book a room outside of this period, please contact the hotel directly for availability. Rates do not include state and local taxes (14.45% in Boston and Cambridge, 11.7% in Brookline). Most hotels will honor the block rate after the cut-off date if they still have availability, but they have no obligation to do so. You may find better hotel rates, particularly using web sites such as Hotwire.com, Priceline.com, or Getaroom.com. Any hotel in the city of Boston, particularly in the Back Bay, will be in easy reach of the conference site by public transportation.
